Network Engineer JD : -

- Managing the configuration of the network devices.
- Packet capture on network device and analysis
- QoS monitoring, configuration, and management
- Troubleshooting on the complex network issue.
- Coordinate with ISP/vendor & get the issue complex network issue resolved by following the ISP escalation matrix.
- Branch Switch, Router, AP SDWAN devices & Link Troubleshooting and recovery in case of any outage.
- Good Exposure in routing protocol EIGRP/BGP/OSPF/IPsec tunnel/ EIGRP over DMVPN)
- Implement privilege rights based on user rights for controlled access.
- Implement encrypted password management mechanisms on all supported devices
- Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
- Incident / Problem / Change management
- Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
- Performance tuning suggest by OEM.
- Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management




- Risk Analysis and providing the mitigation plan
- Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating of SOP and K-Base Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
- Support on audit related activities.
- Leading & assisting L1 & L2 resources.
- Escalation management.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendors for network related concerns.
- Documentation, up to date of network architecture
- Updating all Network /Security related LLD/HLD/Flow/Architecture diagrams etc and creating current when and where required in any of the Network Data , security infrastructure for the entire banking environment.
