- Should have at least 2 to 3 years experience of work experience in Solar wind Network Monitoring tool – (Mandatory)
- Addition/deletion of the link/devices from the Solar wind Network monitoring tool. (Mandatory)
- Pull the customization report from the tool as and when required by the client.
- Branch Rollout. (Infra checks confirmation with respective SPOC/RIT)
- Branch Roll-out (Initiate the link feasibility, link delivery, logistic support, bandwidth upgrade & downgrade).
- Responsible for ensuring the secure delivery of all branch related network projects and in accordance of the company policy.
- Working closely with Axis securities Network SPOC/End users to understand their needs.
- Managing the day to day operational aspects of the branch Network project.
- Arranging and managing all project related meetings.
- Assistance in raising service request to OEM Technical Support is a pre-requisite.
- Administrator and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including router switches & SDWAN technology support.
- Monitor & manage the routers, switches & SD-WAN devices.
- Switch, Router, SD-wan & Link troubleshooting
- recovery in case of any outage.
- Troubleshooting on Link flapping, packet loss, error on interface, high bandwidth utilization etc
- Back-up link availability testing and monitoring.
- Providing specific access by configuring suitable access list on the network device.
- Perform configuring authentication protocols that are available in Cisco IOS (like AAA) if any as per the requirements.
- As per the policy, perform hardening of network devices & Perform Configuring thresholds for Switches, Routers, SD-wan devices
- ensure for 100% uptime of the branch.
