As a Network AI - L&D; Sr Associate, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy.

Responsibilities Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions

Utilizing e-learning development tools to create engaging and interactive training content

Managing learning platforms to facilitate seamless access to educational resources

Applying learning theory to develop comprehensive learning objectives

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization

Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements

Upholding professional and technical standards in all learning and development initiatives

Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality learning experiences

Navigating complex situations to provide tailored learning solutions What You Must Have At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree

At least 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: a Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)

Excelling in E-Learning Development and Learning Platform Management

Demonstrating proficiency in Learning Objectives Design and Learning Theory

Utilizing Learning Agility to adapt to changing business contexts
