Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity.
- Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures.
- Perform regular network backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Support network hardware/software upgrades, patches, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network and connectivity problems.
- Maintain network policies, procedures,



and compliance with IT security standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in network administration.
- Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, and network protocols.
- Experience with firewalls (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Palo Alto), switches, and routers.
- Hands-on with VPNs, load balancers, and wireless networks.
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.).
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux networking environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, etc.) preferred.
