Position: NetSuite SCM Delivery Lead

Location: Chennai - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

About the role: We're expanding our NetSuite delivery leadership bench. Our existing lead brings deep Finance and Accounting coverage, so this role is deliberately weighted toward Supply Chain — inventory, procurement, order-to-fulfillment, manufacturing, and warehouse. You'll own delivery outcomes across multiple client engagements while being the person the team escalates SCM design questions to.

What you'll own

- End-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementations and rollouts — scope, plan, staffing, milestones, quality, margin

- Solution ownership for the SCM footprint: requirement workshops, fit-gap, to-be process design, configuration decisions, and sign-off

- Client relationship at the functional-lead and director level; steering committee participation and escalation management

- Estimation and scoping support for pre-sales — SOWs, effort models, solution approach, and demos alongside the BD team

- Mentoring and technical direction for onshore/offshore consultants; capability building across the practice

- Delivery governance: status reporting, risk and issue management,



change control, CSAT

Must-have qualifications:

NetSuite SCM depth (non-negotiable):

- Inventory Management — multi-location, bins, lot/serial tracking, cycle counts, transfer orders

- Procurement — purchase requisitions, approval routing, vendor management, drop-ship and special orders, landed cost

- Order Management — order-to-cash flow, pricing and discounting, fulfillment, returns

- Item costing — Standard, Average, FIFO/LIFO — and the downstream inventory/COGS impact

- At least two of: Advanced Manufacturing (BOMs, routings, work orders), WMS, Demand Planning, Advanced Inventory

Delivery leadership

- Led a minimum of 4–5 full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations as delivery or functional lead

- Managed concurrent engagements with distributed teams

- Comfortable owning commercials — estimates, burn, change orders

Technical fluency (you don't have to build it, but you must be able to review it):

- SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics and saved searches, CSV import strategy

- Integration patterns — SuiteTalk/REST, Celigo or Boomi, EDI, 3PL and marketplace connectors
