Fellowship Tracks Available 1- Operations & Programme Management Fellow
This role focuses on ensuring Neti’s projects run smoothly.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting planning and execution of sustainability projects
- Maintaining project trackers, timelines, and documentation
- Coordinating with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Supporting workshops, events, and community initiatives
- Building internal systems and processes
- Tracking project outcomes and impact
Ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, problem-solving, and making things happen. 2- Marketing & Communications Fellow
This role focuses on sharing Neti’s work and building our digital presence.
Responsibilities include
- Supporting content planning and execution
- Editing reels, videos, and other digital content
- Creating social media posts and communication materials
- Developing case studies and impact stories
- Supporting newsletters, website content, and campaigns
- Helping communicate sustainability in a practical and engaging way
Ideal for someone interested in storytelling, design, communication, and building a meaningful brand. 3- Growth, Partnerships & Fundraising Fellow
This role focuses on helping Neti build relationships and opportunities.
Responsibilities include
- Researching potential partners including schools, communities, organisations, and institutions
- Identifying collaboration and funding opportunities
- Supporting outreach and relationship building
- Maintaining partnership databases
- Assisting with proposals, grant research, and business development activities
- Supporting conversations that help Neti grow its impact
Ideal for someone interested in entrepreneurship, partnerships, fundraising, communication, and creating opportunities. Who can apply?
