Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned .Net Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Pune or Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications that drive our core business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our end-users experience seamless performance and high availability across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build high-performance web applications using .Net Core and MVC to ensure our platforms remain agile and responsive to market demands.
- Optimize database performance and data integrity within SQL Server environments to support large-scale transaction processing for our global clients.
- Implement complex business logic using Entity Framework to streamline data access layers and improve overall system maintainability.
- Integrate dynamic front-end components using Javascript to enhance user engagement and provide a modern, intuitive interface for our customers.




- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to uphold engineering excellence and maintain a high standard of code quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous service delivery for our business stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack solutions using .Net, ASP.Net, and .Net Core, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL Server database design and optimization, coupled with a deep understanding of Entity Framework for efficient data modeling.
- Strong command over Javascript and contemporary client-side frameworks to create interactive and high-performance user interfaces.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a hybrid work environment.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 - 10 years of professional experience in software development, showcasing a consistent trajectory of technical growth and ownership.
