Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Neo4j Developer with strong expertise in Graph Data Modeling, Cypher Query Language, and Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and operationalize enterprise graph database solutions, build scalable data ingestion pipelines, and implement advanced graph analytics using the Neo4j GDS library. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable graph-based applications.

Key Responsibilities Graph Modeling &

- Development

- Design and implement scalable property graph models for business use cases such as Customer 360, fraud detection, supply chain networks, recommendation engines, and journey analytics.

- Develop efficient Cypher queries, stored procedures, and APOC-based utilities.

- Design graph schemas that support scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Implement graph data quality, deduplication, and entity resolution strategies.

Data Ingestion &
- Integration

- Build batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines using Neo4j connectors, Kafka, Spark, REST APIs, and Neo4j drivers.

- Develop ETL/ELT workflows for loading and transforming graph data.

- Optimize data loading strategies using indexes and constraints.

- Ensure data consistency and integrity across graph databases.

Graph Data Science (GDS)

- Develop graph analytics solutions using the Neo4j Graph Data Science library.

- Implement algorithms including:

- PageRank

- Louvain Community Detection

- Label Propagation

- Weakly Connected Components

- Shortest Path

- Node Embeddings

- Build feature engineering workflows using GDS pipelines.





- Integrate graph analytics with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn.

- Evaluate algorithm performance and operationalize repeatable GDS workflows.

Performance Optimization

- Optimize Cypher queries for high-performance graph traversals.

- Design productive indexing and constraint strategies.

- Monitor query performance and resolve bottlenecks.

- Improve graph storage and retrieval efficiency.

Deployment &
- Operations

- Deploy and manage Neo4j databases in Linux environments.

- Configure Neo4j clusters, backups, recovery, and monitoring.

- Containerize Neo4j deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Support production environments with high availability and scalability.

Software Engineering

- Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

- Follow Git-based version control and CI/CD best practices.

- Write unit and integration tests.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Required Technical Skills

- 3–7 years of Software Engineering or Data Engineering experience.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Neo4j (Core/Enterprise).

- Strong expertise in Cypher Query Language.

- Hands-on experience with Neo4j Graph Data Science (GDS) library.

- Strong programming skills in Python (Preferred) or Java.

- Experience with:
