- Senior-level software developer with proven end-to-end delivery experience.
- Advanced AI coding experience is crucial. The candidate should be able to use AI tools effectively to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, and stay productive without sacrificing correctness.
- Able to use AI responsibly, including prompting well, reviewing output critically, catching edge cases, and turning AI-generated code into production-quality work.
- Strong ownership mindset; able to take a task from requirement to production with minimal handholding.
- Reliable delivery: consistently hits commitments, manages time well, and escalates risks early.
- Solid communication skills in English, especially for daily calls and quick status updates.
- Comfortable working with high expectations, fast timelines, and tight execution.




- Comfortable working in a structured team and following our architecture, standards, and design decisions.

Good to Have

- Experience with C#, Web APIs, Angular/React, SQL Server or relational databases.
- Experience with REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure API development.
- Experience with background services / scheduled jobs.
- Cloud-aware development experience, preferably Azure or AWS.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of clean code, maintainable design, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
