We are looking for a highly creative and versatile designer who can own the complete visual content creation process—from concept to final delivery. ## Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer who possesses strong expertise in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.

This is not a single-skill design role. We are looking for someone who can create stunning visual content across print, digital, presentations, books, marketing materials, animations, and videos while leveraging the latest AI-powered creative tools. If you're passionate about creativity, storytelling, branding, and visual communication, we'd love to hear from you. ## Key Responsibilities Design premium-quality marketing creatives, posters, banners, brochures, wallpapers, social media creatives, advertisements, and branding materials.

Design and format educational books, workbooks, research reports, documentation, certificates, presentations, catalogues, manuals,



and other professional publications.

Create engaging motion graphics for marketing, educational content, and promotional campaigns.

Edit high-quality videos from raw footage, including transitions, effects, colour correction, audio enhancement, subtitles, and motion elements.

Develop professional 2D and basic-to-intermediate 3D animations.

Create product visualisations, mock-ups, and straightforward 3D assets using Blender or similar software.

Produce visually appealing presentation decks and corporate documents.

Maintain and enhance STEMx India's brand identity across all digital and print assets.

Work closely with marketing, curriculum, product, and management teams to create impactful visual content.

Explore and implement AI-powered design workflows to improve creativity and productivity. ## Required Skills ### Graphic Design Adobe Photoshop

Other modern AI design and video generation tools ## What We're Looking For 1–2+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video production.

Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing projects.

Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, layouts, branding, and visual storytelling.

Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn new technologies and AI-based creative tools.

A proactive, smart, and solution-oriented mindset.

Must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru if currently based elsewhere. ## Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.
