Job Purpose To deliver high-quality training under the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra DDU-KK project equipping candidates with practical and theoretical knowledge in Home Appliances and ensuring they are job-ready for successful employment Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom and practical training sessions as per curriculum and SoP guidelines Train candidates in MST Home Appliances trades domains Develop lesson plans teaching aids and practical demonstrations Assess trainees through assignments tests and evaluations Mentor candidates on employability skills and workplace readiness Maintain training records including attendance progress reports and assessments Support trainees during On-the-Job Training OJT and coordinate with industry partners Ensure compliance with DDU-KK standards quality audits and reporting requirements Qualification Experience Education Diploma ITI B Tech Electrical Certification SSC Sector Skill Council certified trainer preferred Experience Minimum 2-5 years in industry or training in relevant domains At least 1 year teaching training experience in related fields Prior exposure to DDU-GKY DDU-KK PMKVY NULM projects preferred Requirements Skills Required Solid technical knowledge in multi-trade Home Appliances skills Effective communication in Hindi English regional language preferred Ability to use digital tools and smart classrooms for training Strong mentoring and motivational skills Other Requirements Willingness to support mobilization OJT and placement activities Passion for youth development livelihood promotion and capacity building Commitment to achieving training placement targets
