Education

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Candidates from an Accounts background will be preferred.

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MIS & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience to build their careers in Accounts and MIS.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Enter accounting vouchers and maintain records in Tally.
- Assist in purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain employee and vendor data accurately.
- Prepare reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).




- Verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform other accounts and administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or up to 1 year of experience in Accounts or MIS.
- Familiarity with GST basics and invoice processing will be an added advantage.
