: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales & Project Operations Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 6–9 years of expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in solution design, implementation, customization, integrations, and stakeholder management. The role requires a techno-functional professional capable of leading end-to-end CRM implementations and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Project Operations solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
- Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
- Implement Sales capabilities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Quotes, Orders, Products, Price Lists, Forecasting, and Pipeline Management.
- Configure Project Operations modules including Project Planning, Resource Scheduling,



Project Contracts, Time & Expense, Costing, Billing, and Resource Management.
- Develop and customize solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
- Design and implement Power Automate workflows, Model-Driven Apps, and business process automation.
- Build integrations with external systems using Dataverse Web API, REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and client-side scripting.
- Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, FetchXML, and SSRS where required.
- Perform data migration using Configuration Migration Tool, Data Import Wizard, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
- Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Production deployments.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Mentor junior consultants and conduct code reviews.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and deployment guides.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps.
