Role: MS Dynamics 365 Administrator

Experience: 6-8 years

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years in Dynamics Admin role

Location: Mumbai Essential Job Functions:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Dynamics 365 end user support,resolving issues quickly and ensuring a smooth user experience

Troubleshoot CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, business rules, and data issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes

Maintain and update Dynamics 365 configurations, including entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and business process flows

Work within a complex Dynamics setting with custom logic, integrations, and Power Platform components, ensuring stability and consistency across teams

Perform data maintenance and bulk operations using tools such as Data Import Wizard, Excel templates, or Power Automate to support accuracy and data integrity

Support testing, documentation, and change management for enhancements, releases, and system updates

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions,



and ensure CRM functionality aligns with business needs Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or equivalent experience

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals is a plus

Experience administering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service,

or related modules) Technical Skills

Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 in complex or large-scale environments

Solid troubleshooting skills across CRM configuration, workflows, plugins, integrations and related processes

Handon experience with data import/export tools and data maintenance best practices

Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

Familiarity with Zapier Zap automated workflow is a nice to have

Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and manage cross functional communication

Some familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or plugin development concepts is a plus (useful for understanding customizations but not a core requirement for the role
