Luma Fertility is looking for an organized and detail-oriented MRD (Medical Records Department) Coordinator to manage and maintain patient medical records at our IVF clinic. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, secure record management, and timely coordination with clinical teams to support smooth patient care and treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities
● Maintain and organize patient medical records in physical and electronic formats
● Ensure accurate filing, updating, and retrieval of patient documents
● Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams for treatment documentation
● Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow data privacy guidelines
● Prepare and organize patient files for consultations and procedures
● Support documentation checks and internal record audits when required
Requirements
● Graduate in any discipline
● 3+ years of experience in medical records or hospital administration
● Experience in hospital/clinic MRD operations preferred
● Basic knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and MS Office
● Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
