NWhat will you do:

NYou'll own the visual content across our venture capital fund and consulting business.

NThis includes:

- Edit high-qualityshort-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube Shorts
N
- Create engaging Reels and social-first video content
N
- Design professional graphics, carousels and social media creatives
N
- Produce motion graphicsand straightforward animations
N
- Create event highlight videos and recap reels
N
- Turn podcasts, interviews and webinars into multiple bite-sized content pieces
N
- Design thumbnails, presentation visuals and branded assets
N
- Work closely with the founders to bring ideas to life quickly
N
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends,



editing styles and AI creative tools
N
- Help build a premium, modern visual identity across all our brands
N

nWe are looking forsomeone who:

- Has 2–4 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing or multimedia design
N
- Has an exceptional eye for design, pacing and storytelling
N
- Loves creating content for social media
N
- Can take ownership fromraw footage to polished final output
N
- Understands what performs well on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
N
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
N
- Pays close attention todetail
N
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
N
