Role Description The Motion Graphic Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing motion graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns, product explainers, in-app content, and social media. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design, product, and marketing teams to develop storyboards, creating animations and video compositions, and ensuring visual consistency with SAYZO’s brand guidelines.

The specialist will handle end-to-end production for short-form videos, including asset creation, motion design, basic video editing,



and preparing files for different platforms and formats. The role also involves contributing creative ideas, iterating based on feedback, and staying current with motion design trends to elevate the quality of visual communication.

Qualifications

Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create engaging, energetic visual content.

Proficiency in visual design and composition, including Graphics creation for digital and video formats.

Experience in Video Production, covering basic editing, compositing, and preparing assets for multiple channels.

Ability to develop clear visual narratives through Storyboarding and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Advanced skills in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalents).

A portfolio showcasing motion graphics work for digital products, marketing campaigns, or social media.

Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced workplace.

Relevant education or training in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
