NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, short-form content, ad creatives, and social media trends, and can create engaging videos that support both organic content and performance campaigns.

NYou will work closely with the content, social media, branding, and performance marketing teams to produce visually striking motion assets that help our clients stand out online.

NKey Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics and video content for social media, ad campaigns, websites, and brand communications.
N
- Design and edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, story ads, promo videos, product videos, explainer videos, and LinkedIn creatives.
N
- Convert static creatives into engaging motion-led assets.
N
- Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, designers, and strategists to understand campaign goals and creative briefs.
N
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, transitions, typography animation, and visual treatments aligned with brand identity.
N
- Edit raw footage, add music,



sound effects, captions, and animation elements to produce polished final videos.
N
- Adapt video creatives for multiple aspect ratios and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google/Meta ads.
N
- Ensure consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand tone across all client deliverables.
N
- Stay updated with motion design trends, social content formats, and platform best practices.
N
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

nRequired Skills

- Strong command ofAdobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
N
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
N
- Positive understanding of animation principles, pacing, typography, color, and composition
N
- Experience in video editing for digital and social platforms
N
- Ability to create thumb-stopping creatives for paid and organic campaigns
N
- Solid storytelling sense and attention to detail
N
- Ability to understand briefs quickly and turn them into high-quality visual output
N
- Good time management and communication skills

nPreferred Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in motion graphics,



video editing, or visual content production
N
- Experience working in adigital marketing agency, creative agency, or brand team
N
- Familiarity with socialmedia trends, ad formats, and platform-specific creative requirements
N
- Basic understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design
N
- Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus
N
- Knowledge of 2D character animation, kinetic typography, or UI animation is an added advantage
