– Motion Graphics Faculty Position: Motion Graphics Faculty Location: Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphics Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students the fundamentals and advanced techniques of motion graphics, animation, video editing, and visual effects while helping them develop industry-ready skills and professional portfolios. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct engaging practical and theoretical classes in Motion Graphics and Animation.

Teach software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator . Guide students in creating motion graphics, title animations, logo animations, explainer videos, social media content, and promotional videos. Explain animation principles, typography, composition, colour theory, visual storytelling, and design fundamentals.

Provide practical assignments, projects, and portfolio guidance to students. Review student work and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Keep students updated with current industry trends, workflows, and creative techniques.

Assist students in developing professional portfolios and showreels. Maintain proper attendance, student progress reports, and academic records. Collaborate with the academic and management team for workshops, activities, and student projects.

Ensure students complete assigned projects and maintain the required quality standards.

SkillsStrong knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation .



Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro . Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Understanding of animation principles, typography, visual design, and video editing. Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to mentor students and guide them toward industry-level project execution.

Preferred

QualificationsDegree/Diploma in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field. 1–3 years of industry or teaching experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Production. A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating motion graphics and animation projects. Industry experience in branding, advertising, social media, or digital content production will be an advantage.
