Motion Graphics Editor / Video Editor About Chronicle Ventures Chronicle Ventures is a creative agency that designs experiences, events, films, digital campaigns, and brand stories. We are looking for editors who don't just assemble footage but understand how to tell compelling stories that capture attention and drive engagement.

Role Overview We are looking for a Motion Graphics Editor / Video Editor who understands the art of storytelling, audience psychology, and modern content trends. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into engaging narratives while continuously pushing creative boundaries. This role requires someone proactive, curious, and committed to producing work that is better than their last project.

Responsibilities Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, events, and marketing content.

Create engaging motion graphics, titles, transitions, and visual elements that enhance storytelling.

Develop strong hooks and retention-focused edits that capture audience attention within the first few seconds.

Understand platform-specific trends and adapt content accordingly.

Collaborate with creative strategists, designers, videographers, and account managers to execute projects effectively.

Participate in creative discussions and contribute ideas that improve the final output.

Maintain high standards of quality, pacing, storytelling, and visual consistency.

Stay updated with emerging editing styles, motion design trends, and new creative techniques.





What We're Looking For Strong storytelling instincts and understanding of narrative structure.

Deep understanding of content trends, audience behavior, and attention-grabbing hooks.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Ability to create clean, qualified, and visually engaging motion graphics.

Strong sense of pacing, timing, music, and visual rhythm.

Self-motivated with a constant desire to learn, experiment, and improve.

A problem-solver who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.

Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously.

Positive attitude and willingness to go beyond software execution to contribute creatively.

Bonus

Skills Experience with 3 D software such as Cinema 4 D or Blender.

Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.

Knowledge of sound design and colour grading.

Experience working on branded content, advertising, or agency projects.
