NKey Responsibilities

nAnimation & Motion Design

- Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.

- Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and brand films.

- Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories.
N
- Design animated assets,transitions, typography, and explainer videos.
N

nCreative Collaboration

- Work closely withCreative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams.
N
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.
N
- Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
N

nProject Management

N

n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
N
- Review and maintain quality standards across animation deliverables.

- Mentor and guide junioranimators and motion designers.
N

nInnovation & Trends

N

- Stay updated withanimation trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital formats.

- Experiment with new techniques to enhance content engagement and performance.

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degreein Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- 3 years of experience in animation, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.

- Advanced proficiency in:

- Adobe After Effects

- Adobe Premiere Pro

- Adobe Photoshop

- Adobe Illustrator

- Strong understanding of motion design principles, storytelling, timing, and typography.

- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
