HCLTech Nagpur is hiring Analyst Mortgage Full Appraisal Review Specialist Role Summary The Mortgage Full Appraisal Review Specialist performs comprehensive reviews of residential property appraisal reports across all mortgage products, ensuring valuation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collateral risk mitigation. The role supports underwriting and credit teams through expert analysis and clear documentation.

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).

- Min 2 max 5+ years' experience in Appraisal Review & Rating, Collateral Underwriting, or QC.
- Robust knowledge of USPAP, GSE guidelines, FHA/VA standards, and investor overlays.
- Proficiency with CU, LCA, AVMs, and mortgage LOS platforms.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct full appraisal reviews for Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Portfolio, and Non‑QM loans.





- Validate appraisal completeness, accuracy, and valuation credibility.
- Review comparable sales, adjustments, market analysis, photos, and maps.
- Ensure compliance with USPAP, GSE guidelines, FHA 4000.1, VA Handbook, and investor requirements.
- Identify red flags for valuation risk or misrepresentation.
- Recommend actions such as desk/field reviews or reconsideration of value.
- Document findings clearly for underwriters and QC teams.
- Coordinate with AMCs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
