To identify, engage, and mobilize beneficiaries for various programs by creating awareness and ensuring participation at the community level.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to identify potential beneficiaries and enroll them in programs

Build robust relationships with local communities, schools, and stakeholders

Create awareness about organizational initiatives through meetings, campaigns, and outreach activities

Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities and beneficiary data

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth program implementation

Ensure regular follow-ups and support for enrolled beneficiaries

Prepare basic reports on field activities and progress

Requirements

Graduation in any discipline

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Prior experience in NGO/fieldwork/community engagement

Knowledge of local language and area
