Role Description The MLOps Engineer role at Esse India is a full time, on-site position based in Abroad. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making within immigration and visa consulting operations. The MLOps Engineer will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deploy ML models into production, monitor performance, and optimize systems for scalability and reliability.

Daily tasks include managing model versioning, automating deployment processes, improving CI/CD workflows, and ensuring robust logging, testing, and documentation. The role also requires close coordination with business stakeholders to align ML solutions with operational needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and experience applying engineering principles to complex systems.

Candidates should possess skills in Machine Design and Research and Development (R&D;) to design, test,



and improve technical solutions and components.

Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to model, simulate, and document engineered systems.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver engineering initiatives on time and within scope.

Experience with MLOps practices, including ML pipeline orchestration, CI/CD for ML, model deployment, and monitoring, is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
