Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Pinaca Technologies Private Limited is looking for talented AI Engineers with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern AI development frameworks. Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement RAG systems for enterprise knowledge bases and intelligent document search
- Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning models
- Build NLP solutions including text classification, summarization, entity extraction, translation, and conversational AI
- Develop AI-powered APIs using FastAPI or Flask
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB
- Manage model versioning, experiment tracking, and AI deployment workflows
- Build scalable AI pipelines with Data Engineering teams
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, reliable, explainable, and production-ready
- Leverage AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Windsurf
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and model evaluations

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering,



Software Engineering, or Data Engineering
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, or Scikit-learn
- Hands-on experience with NLP and LLM-based application development
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
- Robust knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker, Git, and CI/CD
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and AI application architecture
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with Multimodal AI (Text, Image, Audio)
- Knowledge of AI Observability, Model Monitoring, and Evaluation Frameworks
- Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI Agents, and Workflow Orchestration
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS or Enterprise Applications
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI Security, and Model Governance Open Positions: 4
