We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialistwith robust expertise in Advanced MS Excel to manage business reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate MIS reports, automating reporting processes, maintaining data integrity, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
Candidates with exposure to Power BI, data visualization, market research, financial analysis, or real estate analytics will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Data Management
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports.
Design and maintain Excel dashboards, scorecards, trackers, and KPI reports.
Consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Validate data and identify discrepancies before publishing reports.
Maintain databases, records, and reporting documentation.
Advanced Excel & Reporting
Work extensively on Advanced Excel functions including:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
IF, Nested IF
SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
INDEX-MATCH
Conditional Formatting
Automate recurring reports to improve reporting efficiency.
Create dynamic dashboards for business performance monitoring.
Present meaningful insights to management.
Support strategic business decisions through accurate reporting.
Market Research & Financial Analysis
Ensure timely collection and validation of business data.
Deliver reports within agreed timelines.
