Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track business performance, sales, and customer behavior.

- Develop and maintain databases using MS Access for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Design and implement effective dashboards to visualize complex data insights for stakeholders.

- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for report preparation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in MIS Preparation or related field (BPO/Call Centre industry).

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel) with expertise in pivot tables, macros, HLOOKUPs, etc.

- Strong understanding of Management Information System (MIS) principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings effectively through explicit presentation decks or reports.
