NAbout the Role

nWeare seeking a proactive and analytical skilled to join our team as an MIS Executive & Data Reporting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MIS reports, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting operations with accurate data insights.

NKey Responsibilities

- Data Reporting & MIS
N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, targets, and achievements.

- Build and maintain Excel dashboards for management review.
N
- Ensure data accuracy byperforming reconciliation and error checks.
N
- Support automation of reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
N
- Analyze data trends andprovide actionable insights to sales and operations.
N

nSales Team Coordination

N

n
- Work closely withzonal sales managers to track targets and progress.
N
- Share regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
N




- Handle ad-hoc data requests from sales and management teams.
N
- Assist in planning and forecasting activities with accurate data inputs.
N

nLogistics & Operations (Basic Support)

N

n
- Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth deliveries.
N
- Provide basic support in logistics reporting and monthly reconciliation with transporters.
N
- Follow up on in-transitissues and ensure resolution with minimal disruption.
N

nDesired Skills & Qualifications

N

n
- Graduate (B.Sc./B.Com/BBA) with 2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or sales coordination.
N
- Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
N
- Experience with SAP / ERP systems / CRM tools preferred.
N
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communicationand collaboration skills to work with sales and operations teams.
