Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage, analyse, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and dashboard creation to support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and automated reports.
- Generate business performance reports and identify key trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
- Support management with business analysis and operational insights.




- Ensure confidentiality and security of business information.

Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Conditional Formatting, Charts).
- Good understanding of Power Query and Excel automation.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database management is preferred.
