We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our BPO operations by managing data, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience handling large datasets to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyse operational data and generate performance reports.
- Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain MIS databases.
- Generate reports for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with operations teams to gather and validate data.
- Identify trends, highlight variances, and support decision-making.
- Maintain confidential business data and ensure timely reporting.
Required Skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, IF Functions, Data Validation).
- Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the BPO sector.
- Experience in preparing operational reports and dashboards.
