Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Manager with 10+ years of IT experience, including extensive hands-on experience as a Microsoft PowerApps Developer before transitioning into a managerial role. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and proven experience leading development teams, driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives, and managing end-to-end project delivery.

The candidate must possess excellent people management, stakeholder management, delivery management, and mentoring skills, while remaining technically capable of guiding teams in designing scalable Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Microsoft Power Platform Developers, Technical Leads, and Analysts. Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise Power Platform projects. Provide technical leadership for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Power BI solutions.

Design scalable enterprise architectures using Microsoft Power Platform. Review application architecture, coding standards, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Manage project planning, resource allocation, sprint planning, and delivery timelines. Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews and technical guidance sessions. Define governance, ALM strategy, deployment pipelines, and best practices for Power Platform.

Ensure application security through RBAC, Microsoft 365 security, and Dataverse security models.



Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business, Infrastructure, Azure, and Support teams.

Handle client escalations, production issues, and delivery governance. Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, and career development of team members.

Mandatory

Skills

10+ years of overall IT experience. Strong prior experience as a Microsoft PowerApps Developer before moving into a Manager role (Mandatory). Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing Power Platform development teams.

Strong expertise in: Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps) Power Automate Microsoft Dataverse SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 Power BI Integration SQL Server / Azure SQL REST APIs & Custom Connectors Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C# (.NET) for Power Platform customization. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and security.

Experience in ALM, Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD.

Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams. Leadership & People Management (Mandatory)

Proven experience managing Power Platform development teams. Strong people management and team mentoring experience.

Experience in performance management, resource planning, and technical coaching.



Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery teams simultaneously. Excellent stakeholder, client, and executive communication skills. Strong decision-making and conflict resolution abilities.

Preferred

Skills

Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-200, PL-900).

Experience with AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Virtual Agents. Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Azure Integration Services.

Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Knowledge of governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform.

Qualifications
