About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Fabric Developer with 3–4 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining modern data solutions.

Candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes.

- Develop ETL/ELT workflows using Fabric Data Factory or Azure Data Factory.





- Work with Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and OneLake architecture.

- Create and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with Power BI developers to support dashboards and reporting requirements.

- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, and data transformations.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and implement scalable solutions.

- Follow best practices for data governance, security, and documentation.

Required Skills

- 3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or Business Intelligence.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.

- Solid knowledge of SQL.

- Experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as:

- Data Factory

- Data Engineering

- Lakehouse

- Data Warehouse

- OneLake

- Notebooks

- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics is acceptable.

- Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

- Experience working with Power BI is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, or Azure SQL Database is preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
