Description :

- 8+ years of experience in design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
- Hands on experience in Canvas Apps and Power Pages to enhance user experience and extend CRM functionality.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate, including custom connectors and child flows.
- Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability across CRM customizations.
- Implement and manage custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Perform data migrations, integrations, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices in CRM development.
