Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Cloud Native Lead with expertise in .NET Core, React, Azure PaaS, and AI development to lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to mentor teams while driving modern application development on Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of cloud-native applications using Microsoft technologies.

- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET Core and React.

- Design and implement solutions leveraging Azure PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure SQL.

- Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or other Generative AI technologies.

- Define cloud architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

- Lead technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews.

- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Drive application modernization, microservices adoption, and cloud transformation initiatives.

- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.





Mandatory Skills

- Solid experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and C#.

- Hands-on experience with React.js.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS services.

- Experience building cloud-native and microservices-based applications.

- Experience in AI/Generative AI development, including Azure OpenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI integrations.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and API integration.

- Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL.

- Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
