Role Description The Microsoft Certified Trainer role at Atek Academy is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. The trainer will deliver structured, instructor-led sessions on Microsoft technologies, with a primary focus on Azure fundamentals, Windows, and related productivity tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and updating lesson content, preparing learning materials and lab exercises, conducting interactive classes, and offering guidance to learners through Q&A;, mentoring, and feedback.





The role also involves assessing learner progress, aligning content with Microsoft certification standards, and collaborating with the academy team to refine the training curriculum and learning experience.

Qualifications

Robust Training and Teaching skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.

Solid understanding of Cloud Computing concepts, preferably with Microsoft Azure exposure.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Azure Fundamentals) or a strong intent to obtain them.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English.

Ability to design structured learning paths, practical labs, and assessments.

Prior experience in classroom or corporate training is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
