- Minimum 3-5 years experience in MHADA / BMC liaisioning
-Responsible for obtaining all statutory permissions and approvals for the region on time.
- Strategizing regulatory approval process to minimize delays and enhance faster turnaround.
- To act as the company's interface in dealing with key/senior officials of relevant statutory authorities and various consultants.
-Building effective relationships with local development authorities, municipal corporations, MOEF, collector offices, fire departments, town planning offices, and airport authorities.
- Regularly interfaces with key government officials at the senior/secretariat level of relevant departments and offices.
- Candidate should be highly motivated and self-directed; focused on results and closures.
- Exhibits thought leadership and robust critical thinking skills.
