What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and CPM.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Knowledge of campaign objectives, pixel events, conversions, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Experience in campaign scaling and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing high-budget advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and tracking tools.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing company is an added advantage.
