Job Overview
We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. We are seeking a mature, responsible, and dedicated professional who takes ownership of campaigns and consistently works towards achieving client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences.
Generate performance reports and share insights with the team.
Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features and industry trends.
Ensure timely campaign execution and regular optimization.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, pixel setup, events, and conversions.
Experience with audience creation, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics is an advantage.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Candidate
Age between 25–35 years.
Mature, responsible, and highly dedicated towards work.
Solid ownership mindset with attention to detail.
Able to work under deadlines and deliver consistent results.
