Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js & Node.js

- Build secure, high-performance backend APIs with Node.js & Express

- Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB

- Implement authentication & security mechanisms (JWT, wallet-based auth)

- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development

- Strong expertise in Node.js & Express.js

- Solid experience with React.js

- Strong knowledge of MongoDB

- Understanding of REST APIs & backend security best practices

- Good problem-solving and communication skills
