About the Role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with strong frontend expertise to build and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a primary focus on Next.js and modern user interface development.

While you will work across the entire stack, this role places significant emphasis on frontend execution: building interfaces that are fast, responsive, accessible, and visually polished, including smooth animations, page transitions, and thoughtful micro-interactions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and Next.js.

Build high-quality, responsive user interfaces with React.js and Next.js, including App Router, Server Components, SSR, SSG, and ISR.

Implement animations, page transitions, and interactive UI elements using libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.

Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready interfaces across desktop and mobile.

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Design MongoDB schemas, write efficient queries, and implement indexing and aggregation pipelines.

Optimize applications for performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and load times.

Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the frontend and backend.





Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to improve delivery speed while maintaining code quality.

Required Skills

At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.

Practical, production-level experience with Next.js.

Experience with state management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar.

Robust command of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.

Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development and REST API creation.

Proficiency in MongoDB, including schema design, querying, and performance optimization.

Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.

Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Working knowledge of TypeScript.

Good to Have

Experience deploying applications on Vercel, AWS, or Azure.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of GraphQL and microservices architecture.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, Cypress, or Playwright.

Understanding of web application security best practices.

Exposure to Three.js, React Three Fiber, or WebGL.

A strong design sense and familiarity with Figma.
