Job Summary: Merchandiser

Roles & Responsiblities:

- Collaborate with Buyers and Suppliers to assist in Price Negotiations and Costing.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Printing and internal teams to ensure the timely Execution of Shipments.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments costing, and the full merchandising process.
- Maintain and manage both Sampling and Production timelines.
- Work closely with Design, Sourcing, Sampling team for smooth function.
- Handle daily communication with required teams.

Fabric & Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of fabrics, Garments and Production Processes.
- Identify and resolve fabric or production - related issues proactively
- Arrange inspections and coordinate shipments documentation.
- Maintain Fabrics, Printing, Accessories records, reports, order documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the garments merchandising field.
- Strong knowledge of garments and fabrics
- Valuable understanding of production merchandising, printing, costing and fabrics.
