Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product development and delivery.
- Manage product life cycle, including product launch, promotion, and discontinuation.
- Conduct product research and development to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize merchandising strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality products.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices in the garment industry.
- Experience in product development, marketing, and sales.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of garment industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
- Knowledge of garment industry-specific merchandising tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with international trade practices, regulations, and standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain.
