Role Description: The Merchandising and Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for coordinating the end-to-end production and merchandising process. This position involves planning production schedules, aligning fabric and trim sourcing with design requirements, and ensuring timely execution from sampling to bulk production. The role includes close collaboration with design, procurement, and quality teams to maintain fit, finish, and product standards, as well as monitoring inventory levels and supporting merchandising decisions to optimize product availability.

The Executive will track production performance,



resolve operational issues with vendors and internal teams, and contribute to continuous improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate manufacturing workflows and meet delivery timelines.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and production units.

Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure garments meet brand standards for fabric, fit, and finishing.

Candidates with knowledge of other technical disciplines are welcome, especially if they demonstrate strong process, compliance, or lab-based quality experience transferable to fashion production.

Relevant experience in apparel merchandising or garment production, preferably in fashion or retail environments.

Ability to analyze production data, manage multiple priorities, and work accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Good understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and sizing will be beneficial.

Diploma or degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile, Business, or a related field is preferred.
