Job Vacancy – MEP Technician

Kapra Buyerzkart Digital Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible MEP Technician to handle the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the company’s facilities and branches.

The selected candidate must be willing to travel regularly and visit company branches across Kerala for inspection, maintenance, installation, and repair work.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Visit Kapra branches across Kerala for scheduled and emergency maintenance work.
- Identify and rectify electrical, plumbing, equipment, and facility-related issues.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain generators, air-conditioning systems, pumps, lighting, and other building services.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new MEP equipment.
- Coordinate with branch managers, contractors, vendors, and facility teams.
- Maintain service records, maintenance checklists, and equipment reports.




- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements at different branch locations.

Candidate Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an MEP Technician or Facility Maintenance Technician.
- Positive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.
- Ability to identify faults and perform repairs independently.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala is mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and attend emergency maintenance calls when required.
- A valid driving licence will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Kochi will be preferred.

Salary Salary will be based on experience, technical knowledge, and performance.
