Role Description The MEP Specialist role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Palwal. The MEP Specialist will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects, ensuring design quality, compliance with codes, and coordination among disciplines. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings, models, and specifications; coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural plans; and resolving site issues in collaboration with project managers, contractors, and consultants.

The role involves participation in design reviews, conducting inspections, monitoring installation progress, and providing technical guidance to site teams.



The MEP Specialist will also support documentation, reporting, and adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge, including practical experience with MEP Coordination across multidisciplinary project teams.

- Candidates should possess skills in Plumbing and Plumbing Design, with the ability to interpret and develop plumbing layouts and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to review, coordinate, and manage MEP models and detect clashes with other building systems.

- Candidates should possess a relevant technical qualification, such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering.

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of construction practices, applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards related to MEP works.

- Candidates should possess effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects and proficiency in common design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) will be an advantage.
