At NMS, we work with ambitious high school students from IB, CBSE, and international curricula, guiding them through university-level research, interdisciplinary projects, and emerging technologies. We are looking for educators and practitioners who can inspire the next generation of AI innovators.

Key Responsibilities

? Mentor high school students on AI, Computer Science, and interdisciplinary research projects.

? Design and deliver engaging workshops, bootcamps, and project-based learning experiences.

? Guide students in developing portfolios, research papers, capstone projects, and competition submissions.

? Introduce students to real-world AI applications through hands-on programming, case studies, and collaborative projects.

? Support students participating in national and international competitions, hackathons, and innovation challenges.





? Contribute to curriculum development and learning resources aligned with global standards and emerging technologies.

Who We're Looking For

Essential

Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).

Strong programming skills and practical experience in AI/ML.

Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Passion for teaching and working with school students.

Preferred

Research publications, patents, or significant project experience.

Experience mentoring students in research, Olympiads, hackathons, or innovation competitions.

Industry experience in AI, software engineering, or data science.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, or AI product development.

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

Python, C++, Java, R

Machine Learning & Deep Learning frameworks

Generative AI & LLMs

OpenCV & Computer Vision

AWS, Azure, or GCP

Git, Docker, Kubernetes

Robotics, ROS, IoT, or Edge Computing
