Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a MEP BIM Modeller (HVAC, PHE, FPS, Electrical, ELV) based in Chennai. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating and managing detailed Building Information Models, working on architectural designs, and ensuring accurate representation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction drawings. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects efficiently and according to client specifications.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with project standards and contributing to the optimization of design workflows.

Qualifications





- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with experience in creating and managing digital models
- Understanding and capability to model Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience with design coordination and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Certifications or formal training in relevant design software are highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with international construction practices and standards is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
