Tivor Tech is seeking experienced Bilingual Medical Schedulers (English & Spanish) to support U.S.

Personal

Injury (PI) and Letter of Protection (LOP) healthcare practices. This role requires professionals who can effectively manage patient scheduling, coordinate with healthcare providers, and deliver an outstanding patient experience while maintaining high appointment conversion and attendance rates. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound and outbound patient calls in English and Spanish.

Schedule new patient consultations and follow-up appointments for Personal Injury (PI) cases.

Educate patients about the treatment process under the Letter of Protection (LOP) model.

Coordinate appointments with attorneys, chiropractors, imaging centers, specialists, and healthcare providers.

Follow up with patients to ensure appointment confirmations and attendance.

Update and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR/EHR system.

Verify patient documentation prior to scheduling appointments.

Maintain high appointment conversion, patient retention, and show-up rates.

Collaborate with referral coordinators, providers, and internal teams to optimize scheduling workflows.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Required

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – Mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of experience in medical scheduling within a U.S. healthcare setting.

Experience in Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP) is preferred.

Hands-on experience with U.S.



healthcare EMR/EHR systems.

Proven ability to convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining high attendance rates.

Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work the 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM shift from the Noida office.

Ideal candidates should have experience with:

Personal Injury (PI) / Letter of Protection (LOP) workflows.

Working with attorneys, case managers, and referral partners.

U.S. healthcare EMR/EHR systems such as MYCA500, ChiroTouch, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth, or similar platforms.

High-volume patient scheduling and follow-up.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.

Maintaining HIPAA compliance and handling Protected Health Information (PHI).

Working efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while meeting productivity and quality KPIs. Employees will be evaluated based on measurable performance indicators, including:
