Job Title: Medical Officer (MBBS)

Location: JP Nagar / Peenya / Malleshwaram, Bangalore

Work Mode: On-site

Experience: 1+ Years (Post Internship)

About Clinikk

We are looking for compassionate and patient-centric Medical Officers who are passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare while promoting preventive health and medical awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide in-person clinical consultations at Clinikk Health Centres.
- Conduct teleconsultations via voice, video, and chat platforms.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients using standard clinical protocols and evidence-based guidelines.
- Prescribe medications and recommend investigations when required.
- Counsel patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans.
- Refer patients to specialists or higher centres whenever clinically necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, medical histories, prescriptions, and treatment documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest medical developments, treatment guidelines, and medications.
- Support insurance-related documentation, reimbursement, and cashless claim processes when required.
- Participate in weekly academic sessions, case discussions, and continuous medical education.
- Organize and participate in community and corporate health camps.
- Create medical awareness initiatives to promote preventive healthcare within the community.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, clinical protocols, and ethical medical practices.

Mandatory Requirements





- MBBS degree from a recognized Indian medical college.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience after internship.
- Valid NMC/MCI/State Medical Council Registration.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
- Conversational Kannada is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working split shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and patient counselling abilities.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
- Robust commitment to patient safety, quality healthcare, and organizational values.

Shift Timings

Split Shift:

- Morning: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Additional responsibilities include:
- Scheduled teleconsultation duties during clinic hours.
- Rotational weekday and weekend teleconsultation support.
- Participation in weekly academic learning sessions.

Pay: Up to ₹960,000.00 per year
