Role Description The Media Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end production of video and multimedia content, including planning, scripting, coordinating shoots, and overseeing post-production workflows.

The Media

Producer will collaborate with writers, designers, and technical crew to develop concepts, structure narratives, and ensure timely delivery of content for social media, short films, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities include supervising editing and post-production processes, maintaining quality standards,



and optimizing content formats for different platforms. The role also requires staying informed about industry trends and emerging tools to support cutting-edge storytelling and efficient production practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Multimedia for planning and executing diverse media projects.

Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production to refine footage, add effects, and deliver polished final outputs.

Candidates should possess strong Writing skills to contribute to scripts, storyboards, and narrative development.

Relevant skills such as familiarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) and basic sound design are beneficial.

Previous experience in film, digital media, or content creation environments and a portfolio showcasing completed projects are highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in an on-site production setting are important.

A diploma or degree in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
